Shipping Origin & Availability
- U.S. warehouse stock: Available only for products explicitly marked as in stock at a U.S. warehouse. Free shipping applies only to eligible U.S. warehouse-stock products when stated in the written quote. Freight and dispatch timing are confirmed per quote.
- China-shipped orders: Products not marked as U.S. warehouse stock ship from China. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. For standard China-origin U.S. sea freight (LCL or FCL), estimated transit time is 25–40 days after dispatch. Actual timing depends on the product, quantity, destination, carrier schedule, and customs.
- Custom/OEM/ODM or oversized orders: Made to order. Production lead time, shipping method, freight, and delivery estimate are confirmed separately in the written quote. Custom or special-specification products may require additional lead time and are non-returnable under our return policy.
Shipping Costs Freight is calculated based on product weight, dimensions, quantity, destination ZIP/postcode, and shipping method. Final freight is provided in the written quote; it is not a blanket free-shipping offer. For bulk orders, please contact us for a custom freight quote.

Order Tracking A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
