⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings
- Center of Gravity & Tilt Verification: Always perform a low-clearance test lift (100mm). The sliding ring must be adjusted so fork tines tilt slightly backwards; never lift with tines tilting downwards.
- Full-Tine Engagement & Centering: Forks must be fully inserted beneath the pallet up to the vertical mast. Ensure payload is centered and does not exceed 2,200kg (4,850 lbs).
- 4-Position Tine Locking Pins: Ensure tine spacing locking pins are fully engaged and secured in matching detents (400/620/840/1000mm) before applying crane tension.
- Telescopic Mast Pin Engagement: Check that the vertical mast height locking pins are completely inserted and pinned prior to hoisting.
