  • Dense Concrete Load & SWL Limits: Wet concrete typically weighs approximately 2,400 kg/m³. Strictly calculate payload weight and never exceed the certified SWL (3,000kg for WS-CK10-3000N; 4,000kg for WS-CK15-N).
  • Discharge Exclusion Zone: Strictly enforce a safety exclusion perimeter below the kibble. Never stand, walk, or position equipment directly beneath a suspended bucket during crane travel or concrete discharge.
  • Gate Control & Flow Safety: Open the discharge lever gradually to regulate slurry flow and prevent sudden surge displacement or lever kickback.
  • Ground-Handling Forklift Restriction: Forklift pockets are intended strictly for empty or ground-level relocation and cleanout. Never discharge concrete while elevated on forklift tines.
