The LANDYINDUS E-BGD Series Excavator Blade-Mounted Tipping Dumper is a heavy-duty material transport and handling solution that attaches directly to the blade of a standard excavator, transforming the machine into a self-sufficient material mover capable of loading, transporting, and self-dumping bulk materials across construction sites, mining operations, civil works projects, and any terrain where conventional wheeled dumpers, forklifts, or manual handling methods are impractical or unsafe. The defining advantage of the blade-mounted design is the excavator's ability to carry the loaded dumper across terrain that would be impassable for wheeled or tracked dumpers operating independently. Mounting directly to the excavator's dozer blade via adjustable blade mounts compatible with virtually any excavator configuration, the E-BGD travels with the machine across slopes, soft ground, muddy conditions, rocky terrain, and confined site areas — making it particularly valuable on remote construction sites, hillside civil works, underground or basement excavation projects, and any application where a separate transport vehicle would represent additional cost and logistical complexity.
Single-Operator Load, Transport & Self-Dump Cycle — No Ground Crew Required
The operator uses the excavator's own bucket to load the dumper directly from the excavation face or stockpile, then repositions the machine to the desired dump location. At the dump point, the hopper tilts forward under the operator's control, discharging the full load cleanly and completely without manual intervention, spillage, or a second operator.
