LANDYINDUS E-CJ Excavator Crane Jib | 500–6,000kg SWL | Variable-Length Jib | S40/S50, S60 & S70 | No Additional Hydraulic Connections | Construction, Utility, Infrastructure & Civil Lifting | 192–593kg

The LANDYINDUS E-CJ Excavator Crane Jib is designed to transform any compatible excavator into a fully functional lifting machine, extending the operational capability of your excavator beyond digging and grading — enabling precise material lifting, placement, and handling tasks on construction sites, utility projects, infrastructure works, and industrial job sites. By mounting directly onto the excavator arm via standard S40, S50, S60, or S70 brackets, the crane jib eliminates the need for a dedicated mobile crane on sites where lifting requirements are intermittent, delivering significant cost savings on equipment hire and mobilization.

500–6,000kg SWL — Precast Concrete, Steel Sections, Pipes, Manholes and Heavy Construction Materials

The series covers a safe working load (SWL) range from 500kg at maximum extension up to 6,000kg at minimum radius, making it suitable for lifting precast concrete elements, steel sections, pipes, manholes, and other heavy construction materials with confidence and control. All models are rated and supplied with SWL data for compliance with site lifting plans and safety regulations.

Variable-Length Jib — Balance Load Capacity Against Working Radius

The variable-length jib design allows operators to select between minimum and maximum reach positions to balance load capacity against working radius, giving site managers the flexibility to adapt to changing lift requirements without changing equipment. SWL is highest at minimum radius and reduces at maximum extension — operators select the appropriate position for each lift based on load weight and required reach.

No Additional Hydraulic Connections — Uses Existing Excavator Hydraulic Circuit

Installation is straightforward using the excavator’s existing hydraulic circuit, with no additional hydraulic connections required for basic lifting operation. This eliminates the need for auxiliary hydraulic circuit installation or modification, significantly reducing setup time and cost compared to attachments that require dedicated hydraulic circuits.

Excavator Crane Jib vs Mobile Crane Hire — Intermittent Lifting on Multi-Task Sites

Feature Mobile Crane Hire E-CJ Excavator Crane Jib (This)
Equipment needed Separate crane — hire + mobilization Existing excavator + jib attachment
Mobilization cost High — transport, setup, operator None — excavator already on site
Availability Subject to hire availability On-demand — swap attachment in minutes
Site footprint Large — crane outriggers, exclusion zone Excavator footprint only
Confined sites Difficult — crane access limited Excavator maneuverability
SWL range Varies by crane class 500–6,000kg — matched to excavator class
Best for High-volume, dedicated lifting operations Intermittent lifts on multi-task sites
