The LANDYINDUS E-CR Series Excavator Cross Rotating Swivel Mount Bracket is a precision-engineered universal attachment mounting solution that provides a rigid, accurately dimensioned cross-pattern interface between the excavator's dipper arm and a wide range of centred-load attachments — including hydraulic breakers, demolition hammers, compaction plates, vibratory rollers, and plate compactors. Available in seven standard configurations from S30 through to S70, covering excavator operating weights from 1 to 18 tonnes, the E-CR series provides a structurally optimised bracket geometry for centred-load attachments across the full range of excavator classes used in construction, demolition, mining, and civil works applications.

Cross Geometry — Four-Point Load Distribution for High-Impact Attachments

The cross mounting geometry is specifically engineered to address the structural limitations of standard straight-bottom pin-on brackets when used with attachments that generate high centred impact loads — most notably hydraulic breakers and demolition hammers, where percussive force is transmitted vertically through the centre of the attachment body. The symmetrical cross pattern distributes this centred load evenly across four contact points rather than two, significantly reducing stress concentration at each individual mounting point and extending the service life of both the bracket and the attachment mounting lugs under high-cycle impact loading during continuous rock breaking, concrete demolition, and hard ground penetration work.

Ground Mounting Surfaces — Straight, Flat Bottom for Full Even Contact

Every bracket features ground mounting surfaces machined to a straight, flat bottom profile — ensuring full, even contact between the bracket mounting face and the attachment mounting plate without gaps, rocking, or misalignment that would concentrate load at contact edges and accelerate wear. The ground finish eliminates the surface irregularities inherent in flame-cut or plasma-cut mounting faces, providing a precision seating surface that maintains consistent attachment alignment throughout the service life of the bracket.

Flux-Cored Wire Welding & Beveled Joints — Maximum Penetration & Fatigue Resistance

All structural welds are performed using flux-cored wire welding for maximum penetration and tensile strength, with beveled weld preparation at all primary joints to ensure full fusion with the parent steel and resistance to fatigue cracking under the cyclic impact loads characteristic of hydraulic breaker and demolition hammer operation.
