The LANDYINDUS E-LG Series Excavator Grading Beam with Compaction Roller combines precision grading with integrated roller compaction in a single pass to deliver finished, compacted surfaces ready for block paving, tarmac laying, landscaping, and site preparation without the need for additional compaction equipment. Engineered for 2–18 ton excavators with working widths from 1,500mm to 3,000mm.
Grade & Compact in One Pass — Eliminate Separate Compactor Pass, Reduce Machine Hours and Labour Costs
The integrated rear roller compacts the graded surface immediately after leveling, eliminating the need for a separate compactor pass and significantly reducing machine hours, labour costs, and project turnaround time on time-sensitive site preparation and paving foundation work. On a standard grading job without the E-LG, the workflow is: grade pass → bring in plate compactor or roller → compact pass. With the E-LG, both operations happen simultaneously in a single excavator pass.

The precision-machined rear compaction roller is sized to match the excavator class: 152mm diameter on the 2–3.5T models for compact residential and garden applications, and 220mm diameter on the 6–18T models for commercial construction, road maintenance, and civil engineering compaction requirements. The precision machining ensures consistent contact pressure across the full roller width, producing a uniformly compacted surface without ridging or uneven compaction.
