With an overall platform length of 3,000mm — significantly longer than the 1,250–2,000mm designs in the standard container ramp range — this ramp enables forklifts to reach the first and second pallet rows inside a shipping container with ease, eliminating the need for manual repositioning, secondary handling equipment, or time-consuming pallet shuffling during unloading operations.

3,000mm Platform — Deep Container Reach & Gentler Incline Angle

The extended 3,000mm platform length delivers two simultaneous advantages that shorter ramps cannot provide together:

• Deep container reach: at 3,000mm, the ramp extends significantly further into the container approach zone, allowing forklift operators to reach the first and second pallet rows without the ramp falling short of the load position. Standard 1,700–2,000mm ramps require the forklift to make a steeper initial climb and then navigate a drop to the container floor — the F-CRL8 bridges this gap across the full 3-metre span.
• Gentler incline angle: the same height is bridged over a 3,000mm run rather than 1,700–2,000mm, creating a significantly shallower gradient.
