1,500mm Flat Top Platform — Level Working Surface at Container Entrance, Maximum Fill Rate

A key feature of the F-CRL6 is its 1,500mm flat top section, which provides a level working platform at the container entrance. This allows operators to easily manoeuvre and position the last two to four pallets inside the container without the ramp gradient interfering with load placement — a critical advantage in maximising container fill rates and reducing double-handling on busy loading docks.

Without a flat top section, the ramp gradient extends to the container door threshold, making it difficult to position the final pallets precisely — operators must account for the gradient when setting down loads, often resulting in misaligned pallets, wasted container space, and additional repositioning cycles. The 1,500mm flat platform eliminates this problem entirely.

Side Fork Pockets — Forklift Repositionable, No Manual Handling

Integrated side fork pockets allow the ramp to be quickly repositioned between containers using a forklift, eliminating the need for manual handling and significantly reducing changeover time between loading operations. At 356kg, manual repositioning of the F-CRL6 is not practical — the side fork pockets are an essential operational feature, not an accessory.
