LANDYINDUS F-SFJL7.5 Fixed Long Jib Boom | 7.5T Ultra Heavy-Duty SWL | 3.56m Max Reach | Wide Pocket Design

The LANDYINDUS F-SFJL7.5 Fixed Long Jib Boom is the flagship ultra heavy-duty forklift jib attachment in our range, engineered for the most demanding long-reach lifting operations across heavy construction, port handling, mining, and large-scale industrial environments.

Rated at a massive 7.5 tonnes (7,500kg) safe working load (SWL) — the highest capacity in our entire forklift jib series — this fixed long jib provides the structural strength, reach, and load security needed for heavy lifting tasks that lower-capacity jib attachments simply cannot safely perform.

Wide Pocket Design — Engineered for Hydraulic Tine Positioners

A critical challenge with heavy-duty forklifts is that many are equipped with hydraulic tine positioners (fork spreaders), which standard jibs cannot accommodate. The F-SFJL7.5 is designed specifically to solve this compatibility gap.

With an oversized pocket size of 180 × 80 mm and an exceptional 875 mm pocket centre spacing (and an overall attachment width of 1,075 mm), this wide-pocket jib boom is purpose-built for heavy-duty forklifts running advanced, wide-spread fork configurations. This makes it the go-to choice for port terminals, heavy equipment yards, and precast concrete facilities.

3.56m Extended Reach | 7.5-Tonne Lifting Power

Featuring a maximum extended reach of 3.56 metres with a retracted length of 2.19 metres (2,190 mm), this jib provides the extreme horizontal clearance required to lift multi-tonne loads over trenches, reach into shipping containers, or place massive precast concrete elements across large spans.

Weighing 450 kg, the attachment's heavy-duty steel structure is built to handle the immense leverage forces generated when lifting 7,500 kg loads.

Supplied with Swivel Hook & Shackle

The F-SFJL7.5 is supplied complete with a heavy-duty safety swivel hook and shackle, ready for immediate deployment with standard lifting chains, slings, and rigging equipment. The swivel hook design allows the load to rotate freely during lifting, preventing dangerous sling twist and load spin that can compromise operator safety and load integrity during complex overhead lifts.

Tool-Free Slip-On Installation with Safety Chain

Featuring a slip-on fork-mounted design, the F-SFJL7.5 installs directly onto standard wide-pocket forklift forks without welding, drilling, or permanent modification to the host machine. Despite its massive capacity, site crews can still mount and dismount the jib as operational requirements change.

The attachment is secured by a heavy-duty safety chain retention system. This provides a critical secondary securing point during operation, preventing accidental jib displacement under dynamic load conditions or sudden braking.

Technical Drawing

⚠️ Critical Safety & Lifting Notes:
1. Severe Leverage & Load De-rating: A 3.56-metre reach combined with a 7.5T rating creates extreme leverage forces. The 7.5T SWL applies ONLY when the jib is fully retracted. As the jib extends outward, the lifting capacity drops drastically. You MUST consult the load chart on the attachment and cross-reference it with your forklift's de-rated capacity chart before lifting.
2. Heavy-Duty Pocket & Width Verification: This is a flagship 7.5T attachment. Verify your forklift tines will fit within the oversized 180×80mm pockets and can be spread to match the extreme 875mm pocket centres. Do not attempt to use this on standard narrow-carriage forklifts.
3. Safety Chain Requirement: The safety chain must be wrapped around the forklift carriage and secured tightly before lifting.
