LANDYINDUS F-FJCS45 Fixed Short Jib Boom | 4.5T Heavy-Duty SWL | 1.92m Max Reach | Zinc Plated | Compact Slip-On

The LANDYINDUS F-FJCS45 Fixed Short Jib Boom is a compact, heavy-duty 4,500 kg (4.5T) capacity forklift jib attachment designed specifically for lifting operations in confined spaces, tight yards, and indoor environments where longer jib booms cannot manoeuvre safely.

As an affordable, general-purpose heavy-duty forklift jib, it delivers maximum value without compromising on structural integrity or load safety.

Compact 1.92m Reach — Built for Confined Spaces

With a maximum extended reach of 1.92 metres and an incredibly compact retracted length of just 1.26 metres (1,263mm), this short fixed jib delivers reliable crane-style lifting capability in the most space-constrained settings.

It is the ideal forklift crane attachment for workshops, warehouses, manufacturing floors, and narrow-aisle facilities that require overhead lifting (such as placing heavy dies or motors) without the massive swing-radius footprint of a full-length jib boom.

Fixed Angle Design & Ultra-Lightweight Profile

The fixed jib design delivers a stable, rigid lifting geometry that simplifies operator training, eliminates mechanical complexity, and ensures consistent, repeatable lift performance across high-frequency daily cycles.

Weighing just 98 kg, the F-FJCS45 is the lightest and most compact attachment in our 4.5-tonne forklift jib range. This ultra-lightweight construction minimises added stress on the host forklift, preserving the machine's maximum lifting capacity and extending equipment longevity across extended operational periods.

Tool-Free Slip-On Installation with Safety Chain

Featuring a slip-on mounting design, the F-FJCS45 installs directly onto standard forklift forks in minutes — no welding, no drilling, and no permanent modification to the host machine. The 185×65mm pocket size and 290mm pocket centres ensure broad compatibility with standard heavy-duty forklift fork profiles.

The attachment is secured by a heavy-duty safety chain retention system. This provides a critical secondary securing point during operation, preventing accidental jib displacement under dynamic load conditions or sudden braking, ensuring operator safety throughout the full lift-and-place cycle.

Premium Zinc Plated Finish

Finished with a durable zinc plated coating, the 4.5-tonne short fixed jib is built to resist corrosion and surface degradation in both indoor and outdoor operational environments. The zinc finish provides reliable long-term protection against moisture, chemical exposure, and general abrasion — significantly extending service life compared to standard painted steel alternatives.

⚠️ Critical Safety & Lifting Notes:
1. Leverage & Load De-rating: Even with a shorter 1.92-metre reach, extending the jib significantly shifts the load centre. The 4.5T SWL rating applies ONLY when the jib is fully retracted. You MUST consult the load chart on the attachment and cross-reference it with your forklift's de-rated capacity chart before lifting.
2. Safety Chain Requirement: The safety chain must be wrapped around the forklift carriage and secured tightly before lifting. Operating a slip-on jib without the safety chain engaged is strictly prohibited.
3. Heavy-Duty Pocket Size: Verify your forklift tines will fit within the 185×65mm pockets and can be adjusted to 290mm centres.
