LANDYINDUS F-SFJS7.5 Fixed Short Jib Boom | 7.5T Ultra Heavy-Duty SWL | 2.0m Max Reach | Wide Pocket Design

The LANDYINDUS F-SFJS7.5 Fixed Short Jib Boom is a heavy-duty 7,500 kg (7.5T) capacity forklift jib attachment engineered for confined-space lifting operations that demand maximum load capacity within a compact, space-efficient profile.

Purpose-built for heavy manufacturing floors, indoor equipment yards, and tight operational environments where full-length jib booms cannot safely manoeuvre, this attachment delivers the highest safe working load (SWL) in our compact jib series.

Wide Pocket Design — Engineered for Hydraulic Tine Positioners

A critical compatibility requirement for heavy-duty 7T+ forklifts is that many are equipped with hydraulic tine positioners (fork spreaders), which standard short jibs cannot accommodate. The F-SFJS7.5 is designed specifically to solve this issue.

With an oversized pocket size of 180 × 80 mm and an exceptional 875 mm pocket centre spacing (and an overall attachment width of 1,075 mm), this wide-pocket short jib boom is purpose-built for heavy-duty forklifts running advanced, wide-spread fork configurations. This makes it the preferred choice for heavy industrial facilities and precast concrete operations running large forklifts in restricted-access work zones.

Compact 2.0m Reach — 7.5-Tonne Indoor Lifting Power

With a maximum extended reach of 2.0 metres and a retracted length of just 1.38 metres (1,385 mm), this short fixed jib provides extreme crane-style lifting capability without the massive swing-radius footprint of a full-length boom. It allows operators to lift heavy machinery components, dies, and precast elements in tight quarters where manoeuvrability is as critical as lifting capacity.

The fixed jib design provides a stable, rigid lifting geometry that simplifies operator training, eliminates mechanical complexity, and ensures consistent, repeatable lift performance across high-frequency operational cycles.

Tool-Free Slip-On Installation

The slip-on fork-mounted design installs directly onto compatible wide-pocket forklift forks without welding, drilling, or permanent modification to the host machine. Despite its massive 7.5-tonne capacity, site crews can still deploy and remove the jib as operational requirements change.

To withstand the immense leverage forces generated when lifting 7,500 kg loads, the attachment features a massive 320 kg heavy-duty steel structure. The attachment must be secured to the forklift carriage by a heavy-duty safety chain retention system to prevent accidental jib displacement under dynamic load conditions.

⚠️ Critical Safety & Lifting Notes:
1. Severe Leverage & Load De-rating: Even with a shorter 2.0-metre reach, a 7.5T load creates extreme leverage forces. The 7.5T SWL applies ONLY when the jib is fully retracted. You MUST consult the load chart on the attachment and cross-reference it with your forklift's de-rated capacity chart before lifting.
2. Heavy-Duty Pocket & Width Verification: Verify your forklift tines will fit within the oversized 180×80mm pockets and can be spread to match the extreme 875mm pocket centres. Do not attempt to use this on standard narrow-carriage forklifts.
3. Safety Chain Requirement: The safety chain must be wrapped around the forklift carriage and secured tightly before lifting.
