LANDYINDUS Forklift Fork Extension Slippers | 60"–96" Length | Tool-Free Loop Back | 2,500–5,000kg SWL | Heavy-Duty Steel | F-FEX Series

SKU: F-FEX1-1525-6

LANDYINDUS F-FEX Series Forklift Fork Extension Slippers | 60" to 96" (1,525–2,440mm) | 2,500kg & 5,000kg SWL | Tool-Free Loop Back Installation | Heavy-Duty 6mm & 8mm Steel

The LANDYINDUS F-FEX Series Forklift Fork Extension Slippers are heavy-duty steel tine extensions engineered to instantly expand the load-handling reach of standard forklift forks — enabling operators to safely lift, transport, and place long, oversized, or awkwardly dimensioned loads. Available in four standard lengths (60" to 96") and two SWL ratings (2,500kg & 5,000kg), the F-FEX series covers the full range of industrial applications from warehouses to steel fabrication facilities.

Tool-Free Loop Back Installation — Deploys in Seconds

The loop-style back mounting system is the defining installation advantage of the F-FEX Series. Unlike traditional fork extensions that require tools, bolts, or locking pins for attachment, the F-FEX loop back slides directly over the host forklift tine and self-locks through the loop engagement — completing the full installation in seconds with zero tools required.

A single operator can attach both extensions and be ready for operation in under a minute, making the F-FEX Series the fastest-deploying fork extension solution available. The loop back design ensures a firm, stable connection between the extension and the host tine throughout the lifting cycle, preventing lateral movement or extension rotation under load.

F-FEX Loop Back vs F-HCT Locking Pin Series

Feature F-HCT Series (Locking Pin) F-FEX Series (Loop Back - This)
Mounting style Drop-pin behind fork heel Slip-on steel loop
Tools required Pin insertion Zero tools, instant slip-on
Installation speed Fast Fastest
Plate thickness (2.5T) 5mm 6mm (heavier gauge)
Measurement system Metric (1,600-3,000mm) Imperial (60"-96")
Best for Permanent/semi-permanent use Frequent attachment/removal

2,500kg Models (F-FEX1) — 6mm Plate, Light to Medium Industrial

The 2,500kg SWL models feature a 110 × 40mm fork pocket and 6mm main plate thickness (thicker than the 5mm plate on the equivalent F-HCT models). This provides a structurally robust extension solution for standard warehouse and logistics applications involving palletised long goods, timber bundles, sheet materials, and oversized cartons.

Model SWL (kg) Length (in / mm) Pocket (mm) Plate (mm) Weight (kg/pair)
F-FEX1-1525-6 2,500 60" (1,525) 110×40 6 29
F-FEX1-1830-6 2,500 72" (1,830) 110×40 6 34
F-FEX1-2135-6 2,500 84" (2,135) 110×40 6 40
F-FEX1-2440-6 2,500 96" (2,440) 110×40 6 46

5,000kg Models (F-FEX3) — Heavy Industrial, Optional 8mm Plate

The 5,000kg SWL models step up to a 135 × 45mm fork pocket for heavier forklift tines. They feature 6mm plate as standard, with an optional 8mm heavy-plate configuration available on the 72" (1,830mm) model for the most demanding high-cycle heavy industrial applications — delivering additional structural rigidity when handling dense steel sections or heavy concrete products.

Model SWL (kg) Length (in / mm) Pocket (mm) Plate (mm) Weight (kg/pair)
F-FEX3-1830-6 5,000 72" (1,830) 135×45 6 42
F-FEX3-2135-6 5,000 84" (2,135) 135×45 6 48
F-FEX3-2440-6 5,000 96" (2,440) 135×45 6 55
F-FEX3-1830-8 5,000 72" (1,830) 135×45 8 (Heavy Duty) 55

⚠️ Critical Selection & Safety Rules:
1. The 167% Rule: Measure your existing forklift tines. Fork extensions must not exceed 167% of the supporting host tine length. E.g., a 48" (1,220mm) host tine supports a maximum extension of 80" (2,037mm).
2. Pocket Size Clearance: The inner pocket dimensions (110×40mm or 135×45mm) must exceed the outer dimensions of your host tine. Confirm host tine width and thickness before ordering.
3. Load Capacity De-rating: Fork extensions push the load centre further from the forklift carriage, significantly reducing the effective lifting capacity of the forklift. Consult your forklift manufacturer's load chart for extended load centres before lifting.
