LANDYINDUS Forklift Grapple Bucket | 3,000kg SWL | 3-Claw & 4-Claw Configurations | Slip-On Installation | High-Strength Steel | 3–3.5T Forklifts
The LANDYINDUS Forklift Grapple Bucket Attachment is a professional-grade hydraulic clamp built for heavy-duty bulk cargo handling in warehousing, construction, mining, and logistics environments. Engineered from high-strength steel plates and rated at a safe working load of 3,000 kg, this attachment delivers the structural rigidity and clamping reliability that industrial operations demand — shift after shift, load after load.
Slip-On Installation — Plug-and-Play Versatility
Featuring a fork slip-on design secured by fixed locking bolts, the grapple bucket installs directly onto standard forklift forks without welding, cutting, or permanent modification to the carriage. The 145×60mm fork pockets with 715mm centres make it universally compatible with most 3–3.5T counterbalance forklifts.
This quick-mount system dramatically reduces downtime between attachment changes, making it an ideal hydraulic forklift attachment for operations that require flexible, multi-task equipment deployment across different cargo types and work zones.
Hydraulic Clamping — High-Strength Steel Jaws
Powered by the forklift's hydraulic system at 16 MPa operating pressure and 60 LPM flow rate, the hydraulic grapple bucket delivers consistent, adjustable clamping force across a massive opening range of 0 to 2,356mm.
The 8mm high-strength steel claw arms press firmly against cargo surfaces from above, locking the material into the bucket. This prevents load shift, spill, or drop during lifting, travel, and placement — ensuring safe, stable transshipment of loose or irregular cargo even on uneven site terrain or in high-throughput environments.
3-Claw vs 4-Claw Configurations — 1,400mm to 1,800mm Widths
Available in 3-claw and 4-claw configurations across three standard bucket widths, allowing you to match the attachment to your specific cargo type:
- 3-Claw Models (F-ZD30-...-3): Lighter overall weight. Ideal for gripping large, bulky items (e.g., branches, large scrap pieces, compacted bales) where a wider gap between claws is acceptable.
- 4-Claw Models (F-ZD30-...-4): Provides denser claw coverage over the bucket. The preferred choice for handling looser, finer materials (e.g., loose agricultural feed, green waste, loose recycling debris) where material could slip between widely spaced claws.

Technical Drawing

1. 1 Auxiliary Circuit Required: This attachment requires one additional hydraulic circuit (3rd valve) on the host forklift to operate the hydraulic grapple arms. Confirm your forklift has an available hydraulic circuit before ordering.
2. Pocket Size Verification: Verify that your forklift tines will fit within the 145×60mm pockets and can be adjusted to the 715mm pocket centres.
3. Load De-rating: The attachment weighs up to 640kg and extends the load centre. Always consult your forklift's de-rated capacity chart to ensure safe operation before lifting maximum loads.
