The LANDYINDUS F-RPC-QR Series Forklift Roll Prong Attachment is a heavy-duty carriage-mounted roll handling solution designed for the safe and efficient transport of carpet rolls, vinyl flooring, fabric rolls, and other cylindrical materials in warehouses, flooring distribution centres, textile facilities, and retail logistics operations. Available in Class 2A and Class 3A configurations with SWLs from 200kg to 1,700kg, the F-RPC-QR series can be precisely matched to your load requirements and forklift class.

Quick Release (QR) Mounting — Connect & Disconnect Without Tools, Reduce Changeover Time

All models are fitted with a Quick Release (QR) mounting lock system, allowing operators to connect and disconnect the roll prong to the forklift carriage quickly and safely — no tools required. This significantly reduces changeover time between attachments on busy warehouse floors, improving overall operational efficiency and reducing labour costs associated with attachment swaps.

How to Select the Right Roll Prong — Four Parameters

Select by four parameters in order:

1. Forklift class: Class 2A (lost load ET 100mm) or Class 3A (lost load ET 225mm) — must match your forklift carriage class
2. SWL: must exceed the weight of the heaviest roll you handle
3. Prong diameter (Dp): must fit through the roll core. Carpet/vinyl cores are typically 38–76mm inner diameter — select the largest prong that fits your smallest core
4. Prong length (Lp): must be at least equal to the length of the longest roll you handle, ideally 100–200mm longer for safe engagement depth

Class 2A Models — 200–850kg SWL, ET 100mm

Class 3A Models — 510–1,700kg SWL, ET 225mm

Prong Diameter & Roll Core Matching — Critical for Safe Engagement

The prong diameter must fit through the roll core inner diameter with enough clearance for smooth insertion but close enough fit to support the roll without excessive swing. Standard carpet and vinyl roll cores are typically 38mm (1.5”), 51mm (2”), or 76mm (3”) inner diameter. Select:

• 40mm prong — for 51mm+ inner diameter cores (light rolls, narrow fabric)
• 50–60mm prong — for 63–76mm+ inner diameter cores (standard carpet/vinyl)
• 70–80mm prong — for 89–100mm+ inner diameter cores (heavy carpet, industrial rolls)
• 100mm prong — for 110mm+ inner diameter cores (very heavy industrial rolls, 1,700kg SWL)
