The LANDYINDUS F-RPS Series Forklift Slip-On Roll Prong is a heavy-duty roll handling attachment designed for the safe and efficient transport of carpet rolls, vinyl flooring, fabric rolls, and other large cylindrical materials. Mounting directly onto your existing forklift fork tines without any carriage modification, the F-RPS series offers maximum compatibility across a wide range of standard forklifts — the ideal choice for operations requiring a fast, tool-free setup on any standard machine.

Slip-On Fork Tine Mount — No Carriage Modification, Maximum Forklift Compatibility

The defining advantage of the F-RPS slip-on design: no carriage modification required. While the F-RPC-QR series requires a compatible Class 2A or 3A carriage with a Quick Release mount, the F-RPS slides directly onto standard fork tines via integrated fork pockets — compatible with virtually any standard forklift regardless of carriage class. This makes the F-RPS the preferred choice for:

• Operations with older or non-standard forklifts without QR-compatible carriages
• Sites with multiple different forklift models where one attachment must work across all machines

Note on 100mm models (F-RPS-3N): Fork pocket centres increase from 345mm to 360mm — confirm your forklift fork spacing can be set to 360mm before ordering these models. Due to the extended load centre (900–1,400mm) and high SWL (1,500–1,700kg), these models are best suited to larger capacity forklifts — check your forklift load chart at the stated load centre.

Prong Diameter & Roll Core Matching

The prong diameter must fit through the roll core inner diameter. Standard carpet and vinyl roll cores:

• 40mm prong — for 51mm+ core ID (light fabric, narrow rolls)
• 50–60mm prong — for 63–76mm+ core ID (standard carpet and vinyl)
• 70–80mm prong — for 89–100mm+ core ID (heavy carpet, industrial rolls)
• 100mm prong — for 110mm+ core ID (very heavy rolls, 1,500–1,700kg)
