⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings

  • Loading Sequence & Anti-Tip Protocol: Always load the lower tier first and unload the upper tier first to maintain a low center of gravity. Floor anchoring to concrete is strongly recommended in high-traffic shop areas.
  • Even Weight Distribution (1,000kg SWL): Distribute load evenly across both levels (~500kg maximum per tier). Never concentrate multiple heavy steel wheel assemblies in the center of a beam.
  • Tyre Diameter Verification: Confirm tyre outer diameters match specific tier clearances (Upper: Ø300–800mm; Lower: Ø300–650mm). Do not force oversized commercial truck tyres into the lower level.
  • Solid Level Foundation: Position and assemble the rack strictly on solid, level concrete flooring to ensure freestanding stability and prevent uneven leg loading.
