The LANDYINDUS WS-PHN4500 is an ultra-heavy-duty adjustable pallet hook engineered for overhead crane lifting of high-tonnage palletised cargo up to 4,500kg (9,920 lbs). Purpose-built for severe industrial environments, it features an extra-wide 1,200mm adjustable fork carriage bar and an integrated sliding lifting ring that aligns with the load's center of gravity for stable, controlled lifting.

⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings

• Fork Rating & Locking Mandate: Because fork tines are supplied separately, any installed forks must be certified for a minimum of 4,500kg SWL and securely locked onto the 1,200mm carriage bar.
• Center of Gravity & Tilt Verification: Always conduct a low-clearance test lift (100mm). The sliding ring must be positioned so forks tilt slightly backwards; never lift with tines tilting downwards.
• Crane & Rigging SWL Verification: Total gross lift weight equals payload (up to 4,500kg) + unit tare (253kg) + fork tines weight. Confirm crane, hoist, and shackles are fully certified for this gross load.
• Strict Exclusion Perimeter: Enforce a rigid safety perimeter. Never stand, walk, or permit personnel beneath a suspended 4.5-tonne load at any time.
