By stacking horizontal drum cradles two levels high, it doubles drum density within the same compact floor footprint while maintaining full environmental spill compliance.

- Loading Sequence & Anti-Tip Rule: Always load lower cradle positions first and unload upper cradle positions first to maintain a low center of gravity. Floor anchoring to concrete is strongly recommended.
- Mechanical Loading Requirement: Lifting heavy 200L (~220kg) liquid drums to the second tier must be performed strictly using a forklift, drum grab, or certified stacker. Never attempt manual lifting.
- Chemical Compatibility & Regulations: Verify that stored oils, solvents, or chemicals are compatible with the coated steel tray and meet local environmental secondary spill thresholds.
- Tray Removal Precaution: Never slide out or inspect the containment sump while drums are being loaded, unloaded, or actively adjusted overhead.
