SKU: WS-FSD1450*1100

Product Overview

Need a durable, high-capacity on-site solution to dispose of agricultural refuse, packaging timber, and general site waste? The LANDYINDUS WS-FSD1450 Heavy-Duty Industrial Incinerator delivers 1.47m³ combustion volume in a rugged 3mm structural steel body.

The LANDYINDUS WS-FSD1450 is a heavy-duty outdoor waste incinerator engineered for the clean, rapid, and controlled combustion of domestic refuse, dry packaging waste, agricultural cuttings, scrap timber, and organic debris. Purpose-built for farms, rural acreage, construction sites, manufacturing plants, and remote camps, it drastically cuts waste volume while avoiding frequent tipping fees.

Core Selling Points

  • High-Capacity 1.47m³ (51.9 cu ft) Firebox: Generous combustion chamber handles bulky pallets, branches, and cartons in a single burn cycle, cutting disposal turnaround.
  • Heavy-Gauge 3mm Structural Steel: Solid 3mm steel plate construction (270kg total tare weight) resists heat warping and thermal fatigue for extended outdoor service life.
  • Optimized Air Draft Vents & Fork Pockets: Precision airflow draught vents promote clean, complete combustion, while integrated fork pockets (145×65mm, 715mm centres) enable effortless yard repositioning.
  • Cost-Effective Volume Reduction: Reclaims valuable yard space by rapidly turning large volumes of non-toxic dry refuse into compact, manageable mineral ash.

⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings

  • Outdoor Clearance & Wildfire Safety: Operate strictly outdoors in a well-ventilated open area. Maintain at least a 10-metre clearance perimeter from structures, dry brush, trees, and fuel/solvent storage.
  • STRICTLY PROHIBITED MATERIALS: NEVER incinerate aerosol cans, pressurized cylinders, lithium batteries, tires, toxic PVC/plastics, treated timber, or fuel-soaked rags — severe explosion and toxic fume hazard.
  • Extreme Surface Temperature Hazard: Outer steel surfaces become scalding hot during firing and remain dangerous for hours after. Wear certified high-temperature gloves and keep bystanders and animals clear.
  • Cold Relocation Protocol: Forklift pockets (145×65mm, 715mm centres) must strictly be used to move the unit only when the incinerator and all internal embers/ash are 100% cold and extinguished. Never transport a burning or smouldering unit.
