⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings
- Load Balance & Tilt Verification: Always perform a test lift 100mm off the ground. Forks must tilt slightly backwards (towards the vertical mast); never hoist if forks are level or tilting downwards.
- Full-Tine Engagement & Centering: Forks must be fully inserted beneath the pallet up to the backrest. The payload must be centered between tines and not exceed 2,000kg SWL.
- Locking Pin Engagement: Ensure all locking pins for both fork spacing (320/600/905mm) and telescopic mast height (1575–2180mm) are fully locked and pinned prior to lifting.
- Exclusion Zone Beneath Suspended Loads: Palletized cargo rests open on the tines; strictly prohibit site personnel from walking or standing beneath the suspended load.
