LANDYINDUS Heavy Duty Steel IBC Spill Bund 1100L 1250L & 1500L IBC Spill Containment Pallet WS-SL-IBC Series

SKU: WS-SL-IBC-1100

Product Overview

Storing 1,000L IBC totes containing hazardous liquids, fuels, or agricultural chemicals? The LANDYINDUS WS-SL-IBC Series delivers certified 1100L, 1250L, and 1500L secondary containment in a heavy-duty 3mm structural steel bund.

The LANDYINDUS WS-SL-IBC Series heavy-duty steel IBC spill bunds (IBC spill containment pallets) are purpose-engineered for the safe, regulation-compliant storage of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) containing oils, fuels, coolants, industrial solvents, liquid fertilisers, and hazardous chemicals. Engineered with an all-welded 3mm steel framework, these industrial spill sumps provide maximum structural rigidity and superior fire and puncture resistance compared to plastic poly bunds.

Core Selling Points

  • 110% Legal Secondary Containment: Generous sump capacities of 1100L, 1250L, and 1500L comfortably exceed statutory 110% containment regulations for standard 1,000L IBC tanks.
  • 3 Compatible Sizing Footprints: Sized across 3 dimensions to fit standard 1000L IBC pallet footprints with ample perimeter clearance to catch valve drips and dispense spills.
  • Heavy-Gauge 3mm Structural Steel: All-welded 3mm steel shell (tare weight up to 218kg) provides extreme impact, puncture, and fire resistance for heavy industrial yards.
  • Full-Perimeter Heavy Support Grating: High-strength internal support grid safely bears the full concentrated weight of dense liquid IBC totes without floor deformation.

⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings

  • 110% Sump Capacity Compliance: Ensure the selected sump volume (1100L, 1250L, or 1500L) fulfills local environmental EPA regulations for your specific liquid volume and tank setup.
  • Heavy IBC Placement Procedure: Full 1000L IBC totes weigh between 1,000kg and 1,600kg depending on liquid density. Lower totes smoothly onto the support frame using a forklift; never shock-load or drop containers.
  • Chemical & Coating Compatibility: Confirm stored liquids are compatible with steel and the protective paint finish. For aggressive acids or corrosives, install an appropriate protective liner.
  • Decant Leaks Prior to Relocation: If an IBC valve leaks or a puncture occurs, pump out the containment sump before attempting to move the spill bund.
