Hydraulic Sequencing Valve — Rotation Cannot Commence Until Bin is Fully Secured

The purpose-built hydraulic sequencing valve provides a critical safety layer: rotation cannot commence until the bin is fully secured in position, completely eliminating the risk of accidental bin drop during the tipping cycle. This is an engineered hardware interlock — not a software check or operator procedure — meaning the sequencing valve physically prevents the tipping cylinder from activating until the clamp circuit has reached full clamping pressure. This hardware-level safety cannot be bypassed by operator error.
