LANDYINDUS F-GGJ Series Hydraulic Steel Pipe Clamp | 45° Forward / 25° Backward Tilt | 0–1,720mm Opening Range | Class 3A & 4A (3–7T) | Requires 2 Auxiliary Hydraulic Circuits
The LANDYINDUS Hydraulic Steel Pipe Clamp is a heavy-duty forklift attachment engineered for the safe, efficient, and damage-free handling of steel pipe bundles, individual large-diameter pipes, and cylindrical load formats. Covering the full range of counterbalance forklifts from 3 tonnes to 7 tonnes (Class 3A and 4A), this attachment is one of the most versatile hydraulic pipe clamp solutions available for pipe manufacturing plants, pipeline supply yards, and industrial steel processing facilities.
High-Force Hydraulic Clamping — 0 to 1,720mm Opening Range
The hydraulic clamping mechanism delivers controlled, high-force grip across a massive opening range of 0 to 1,720mm. This extreme range allows a single attachment to handle everything from small-diameter individual pipes and narrow bundles to large-diameter structural pipes and wide multi-row pipe stacks.
The operator controls clamp opening and closing from the forklift cab, allowing precise grip adjustment to match the diameter and bundle width of each load without dismounting. This seated, in-cab control eliminates the manual repositioning and secondary securing steps required with dangerous chain-sling or strap-based pipe handling methods, dramatically reducing cycle times and operator fatigue.
Integrated Hydraulic Tilt — 45° Forward / 25° Backward
The integrated hydraulic tilt function provides 45 degrees of forward tilt and 25 degrees of backward tilt, controlled independently from the forklift cab. This tilting capability is critical for precise pipe placement and safe transport:
- Tilt Backward (25°): Retain pipe loads securely within the clamp during travel across uneven yard surfaces and rough construction site terrain, preventing forward slippage.
- Tilt Forward (45°): Lower pipe bundles accurately onto storage racks, transport vehicles, or processing equipment at a controlled angle.
The combination of hydraulic clamping and hydraulic tilt in a single attachment delivers a level of handling precision that fixed-orientation pipe clamps simply cannot achieve.

Robust Welded Construction | 16 MPa / 60 LPM Hydraulics
Constructed from high-strength steel plate, the clamp frame and jaw assemblies are engineered to withstand the concentrated contact loads and impact forces generated during repeated clamping of heavy steel pipe bundles. The robust construction ensures long-term dimensional stability and resistance to jaw deformation under maximum rated clamping force.
The two-circuit hydraulic system operates at 16 MPa and 60 LPM, parameters fully compatible with the auxiliary hydraulic circuits of standard Class 3A and 4A counterbalance forklifts.
Applications
- Steel pipe manufacturing plants — moving pipe bundles between storage bays and processing lines
- Building material distribution centres — loading structural pipes onto transport vehicles
- Pipeline supply yards — handling large-diameter individual pipes safely
- Construction sites — managing steel pipe inventory across rough terrain
Key Features
- 0 to 1,720mm opening range — handles individual pipes and wide bundles
- 45° forward / 25° backward hydraulic tilt — precise placement and safe transport
- Class 3A (3–4.5T) and Class 4A (5–7T) configurations available
- Requires 2 auxiliary hydraulic circuits for full clamping and tilting control
- 16 MPa / 60 LPM operating parameters
- Eliminates hazardous chain-sling and strap-based pipe handling
Technical Drawing

1. 2 Auxiliary Circuits Required: This attachment requires two independent auxiliary hydraulic circuits (3rd and 4th valves) on the forklift to operate both the clamping and tilting functions. Confirm your forklift has 2 available auxiliary circuits before ordering.
2. Carriage Class Verification: Models are highly specific to ISO carriage classes. Confirm whether your forklift has a Class 3A (3-4.5T) or Class 4A (5-7T) carriage before ordering.
3. Load De-rating: Heavy attachments (e.g., 604kg to 893kg+) significantly push the load centre forward. Always consult your forklift's de-rated capacity chart to ensure safe operation before attempting to lift heavy steel pipe bundles.
