LANDYINDUS ME-TB / E-TB Hydraulic Tilt Bucket | 2×45° Hydraulic Tilt | 1–18T | S30, S40, S50, S60 & S70 | Single Cylinder (1–14T) & Dual Cylinder (16–18T) | Wear-Resistant Cutting Edges | Ditching, Grading & Slope Finishing | 16 MPa | 60 LPM
The LANDYINDUS ME-TB / E-TB Hydraulic Tilt Bucket is purpose-built for excavator operators working across cleanup, ditching, grading, and slope finishing applications. The 45° hydraulic tilt capability operable in both directions (2×45° total range) allows the operator to precisely angle the bucket without repositioning the machine, significantly reducing cycle times and improving accuracy on uneven terrain, embankment work, and channel preparation tasks.
2×45° Hydraulic Tilt — Grade Slopes, Finish Channels and Dress Embankments Without Repositioning
The 2×45° bidirectional tilt range covers the full spectrum of slope and channel finishing angles encountered in civil, drainage, and landscaping work. The operator can tilt the bucket left or right up to 45° from the cab, eliminating the need to reposition the machine for angled cuts and enabling continuous grading passes along embankments, drainage channels, and road batters without stopping.
Single Cylinder (1–14T) vs Dual Cylinder (16–18T) — Torque and Stability Matched to Excavator Class
A single hydraulic cylinder drives the tilt mechanism on smaller models (1–14T), providing sufficient torque for compact to mid-range excavator digging forces. The larger 16–18T E-TB12-S70 configuration utilizes a dual-cylinder setup for increased torque and stability under load, matching the higher structural demands of large excavator grading and ditching cycles.
Wear-Resistant Cutting Edge & Side Cutting Edges — Extended Service Life in Compacted Soil, Gravel and Clay
Each tilt bucket features a high-quality cutting edge and side cutting edges manufactured from wear-resistant steel, ensuring extended service life even under continuous abrasion from compacted soil, gravel, and clay. The main plate thickness ranges from 5mm to 8mm depending on the model, providing the structural rigidity required for heavy-duty digging and grading cycles without deformation or fatigue over time.
Hydraulic Tilt Bucket vs Standard Bucket — When Tilt Capability Matters
| Application | Standard Bucket | Hydraulic Tilt Bucket (This) |
|---|---|---|
| Slope grading | Machine must reposition for each angle | Tilt to slope angle from cab, continuous pass |
| Drainage channel finishing | Multiple repositioning cycles | Single pass along channel, tilt to batter angle |
| Embankment dressing | Difficult — bucket face not parallel to slope | Tilt bucket face to match embankment angle |
| Confined trench cleanup | Limited — fixed bucket angle | Tilt to clean trench walls and corners |
| Road batter finishing | Requires skilled operator, multiple passes | Consistent batter angle, single pass |
