LANDYINDUS Hydraulic Tipping Fork Attachment | Hinged Tilting Forks | 45° Forward / 25° Backward Tilt | Class 2A, 3A & 4A (2–7T)
The LANDYINDUS Hydraulic Tipping Fork Attachment (Hinged Fork) is a heavy-duty material handling solution designed to deliver precise, controlled load dumping and tilting across a wide range of industrial, agricultural, and logistics applications. Built from high-strength steel with a compact structure, this attachment gives standard forklifts the ability to tilt their forks independently of the forklift's main mast.
Supporting 45° forward tilt and 25° backward tilt, operators gain full directional control for accurate load placement, bin filling, and material discharge without having to manoeuvre or reposition the entire forklift.
Dual Hydraulic Cylinders with Safety Locks
Powered by a dual oil cylinder system operating at 16 MPa and 60 LPM hydraulic flow, the tipping fork delivers smooth, stable load inversion even under maximum rated capacity.
Crucially, each cylinder is fitted with a hydraulic safety lock. This prevents unintended tipping or sudden loss of hydraulic pressure during travel, ensuring load security throughout the entire lift-and-dump cycle. All cylinder seals are manufactured from premium imported materials, extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency in high-cycle, heavy-duty operational environments.
Optional Bucket Configuration — Ultimate Versatility
The operational versatility of the hinged tipping fork can be significantly expanded with an optional bucket attachment. This transforms the tipping fork into a fully functional material handling bucket capable of scooping, carrying, and dumping:
- Agriculture: Grain, fertiliser, and animal feed
- Construction: Sand, soil, gravel, and loose aggregates
- Industrial: Coal, wood chips, and loose bulk waste
This bucket-on option provides procurement teams with a cost-effective, multi-function attachment solution, allowing a single forklift to switch between standard pallet/bin handling and bulk material scooping.
Comprehensive Range: 2T to 7T (Class 2A / 3A / 4A)
The LANDYINDUS Tipping Fork series provides one of the most comprehensive capacity ranges available, ensuring compatibility from light-duty warehouse forklifts through to heavy industrial machines. This makes it a scalable solution for fleet operators managing mixed equipment across multiple sites.

Technical Drawing

1. 1 Auxiliary Circuit Required: This attachment requires one additional hydraulic circuit (3rd valve) on the host forklift to operate the dual tilt cylinders. Confirm your forklift has an available hydraulic circuit before ordering.
2. Carriage Class Matching: This attachment mounts directly to the forklift carriage (replacing the standard fork carriage setup). You must match the ISO Class (2A, 3A, or 4A) to your specific forklift model. Do not attempt to mount a 3A attachment on a 2A or 4A carriage.
3. Load De-rating: The attachment adds between 288kg and 685kg of mass to the front of the carriage. Always consult your forklift's de-rated capacity chart to ensure safe operation.
