Product Overview
Pouring narrow columns, core walls, and tight shutters? The LANDYINDUS Laydown Concrete Kibble fills horizontally at ground level and lifts vertically to pour 1.0–2.0m³ batches with precision.
The LANDYINDUS Heavy Duty Laydown Concrete Kibble (Lay Down Concrete Skip Bucket) is specially engineered for high-precision concrete placement in narrow shuttering, precast molds, columns, and confined formwork where standard upright buckets cannot reach. Featuring a unique two-stage operation, the kibble rests flat on the ground for low-profile transit mixer filling, then tilts into a vertical orientation when hoisted by a crane for pin-point bottom discharge.
Core Selling Points
- Horizontal Fill & Vertical Pour: Lays flat on the ground for fast, low-clearance discharge directly from ready-mix trucks, then hoists vertically for controlled pouring.
- Precision Clamshell Gate & 1m Hose: Lever-actuated bottom clamshell gate paired with a standard 1m flexible hose (200mm diameter) directs slurry accurately into dense rebar cages.
- Heavy-Gauge 6mm Steel Shell: Fabricated from 6mm high-strength structural steel plate with rated Safe Working Loads of 3,000–4,500 kg to endure continuous high-volume civil works.
- Stable Bolt-On Ground Frame: Supplied as standard with a heavy-duty bolt-on cradle frame ensuring firm, stable positioning while charging concrete at ground level.

⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings
- Tilt & Hoist Rotation Arc: When hoisting from horizontal laydown to vertical flight, the bucket pivots through a dynamic arc. Keep all personnel strictly clear of this rotation radius.
- Heavy Slurry Limits: Wet concrete weighs approx. 2,400 kg/m³. Strictly calculate volume and never exceed the certified SWL (3,000kg for 1.0m³; 4,000kg for 1.5m³; 4,500kg for 2.0m³).
- Overhead Exclusion & Hose Guiding: Operators guiding the flexible discharge hose must position themselves beside the pour and never stand directly beneath the suspended kibble.
- Level Ground Filling: Ensure the bolt-on support frame rests on firm, compacted, level ground prior to receiving concrete from the transit mixer.
