LANDYINDUS Laydown Concrete Kibble with Hydraulic Remote Control Gate Column Pour 3.0m³ WS-HCKL3.0TRA

SKU: WS-HCKL3.0TRA

Product Overview

Need high-volume, hands-free concrete placement for high-rise core walls and massive column pours? The LANDYINDUS 3.0m³ Hydraulic Laydown Concrete Kibble delivers remote-controlled bottom clamshell discharge with 4,500kg SWL.

The LANDYINDUS Laydown Concrete Kibble with Hydraulic Power Unit is an advanced laydown concrete skip bucket purpose-built for massive, high-volume concrete placement in narrow shuttering, large columns, core walls, and confined formwork on demanding infrastructure sites. It combines ground-level horizontal charging from ready-mix trucks with vertical crane hoisting and electric-hydraulic remote gate actuation.

Core Selling Points

  • Electric-Hydraulic Remote Gate: Integrated hydraulic power unit actuates the bottom clamshell gate via wireless remote, eliminating risky manual lever pulling at height.
  • Massive 3.0m³ Volume / 4,500kg SWL: Purpose-built for high-volume pours, dramatically reducing crane cycle times on core walls, bridge foundations, and civil infrastructure.
  • Heavy-Gauge 6mm Structural Steel: Fabricated with 6mm high-strength steel plate (1,089kg tare weight) to endure continuous heavy industrial duty and abrasive slurry flow.
  • Horizontal Charging & 1m Tremie Hose: Lays flat on its cradle for low-clearance mixer discharge, and includes a 1m (200mm diameter) flexible hose for pinpoint placement into dense rebar.

⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings

  • Massive Payload & Wet Mix SWL: Wet concrete weighs approx. 2,400 kg/m³. Carefully monitor fill volume to ensure the 4,500kg certified SWL is never exceeded (total gross lift exceeds 5,500kg with tare weight).
  • Hydraulic Remote Operation Protocol: Operators must maintain an unobstructed line of sight to the discharge gate. Lock out or turn off the transmitter when not actively discharging to prevent unintended gate actuation.
  • Tilt-To-Vertical Lift Danger Arc: The 4.3m long bucket swings through an extensive dynamic arc when hoisting from horizontal laydown to vertical flight. Enforce a strict exclusion perimeter during lifting.
  • Suspended Load Exclusion: Personnel guiding the flexible hose must stand alongside the formwork and never enter the footprint directly beneath the suspended bucket assembly.
