- Self-Levelling Spring Activation: The internal spring requires a minimum payload (~20% SWL) to engage full compression. Always verify tines maintain a level or slight backward tilt before travelling.
- 5-Position Pin Locking: Ensure both tine spacing pins are fully engaged and locked in matching width detents (250/388/525/623/800mm) to prevent tine splaying under load.
- Telescopic Mast Pin Verification: Check that mast height adjustment pins are completely seated and secured before attaching the crane hook.
- Safe Working Load & Centering: Never exceed 1,000kg (WS-PHB1000) or 2,000kg (WS-PHB2000). Insert tines completely under the pallet up to the backrest.
