LANDYINDUS Self-Levelling Crane Pallet Forks Adjustable Tine Width SWL 2000kg WS-PHA2000

SKU: WS-PHA2000

Product Overview

Tired of manually adjusting lifting rings to balance crane pallet loads? The LANDYINDUS Self-Levelling Crane Pallet Forks use an internal spring mechanism to keep tines automatically horizontal and stable with 2,000kg SWL.

The LANDYINDUS WS-PHA2000 Self-Levelling Crane Pallet Forks (Automatic Pallet Hook) are purpose-built for the safe, efficient lifting and aerial transport of palletised cargo by overhead crane, mobile crane, or chain hoist on construction sites, yards, and manufacturing facilities. Designed to eliminate tedious manual shackle adjustments, it delivers automatic balance and fast pallet turnaround.

Core Selling Points

  • Automatic Spring Self-Levelling: Heavy-duty internal spring mechanism continuously self-balances the lifting eye, maintaining tines in a safe, horizontal-to-rear tilt without manual intervention.
  • 3-Position Adjustable Fork Centers: Tine spacing adjusts smoothly between 315mm, 595mm, and 875mm center widths to accommodate standard, euro, and non-standard pallets.
  • Heavy-Duty 2,000kg SWL: High-tensile structural steel construction safely handles heavy 2-ton pallet loads across severe industrial lifting cycles.
  • Durable Finish Options: Available in high-visibility industrial enamel paint or hot-dip galvanized finish for superior outdoor weather and corrosion resistance.

⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings

  • Spring Mechanism Activation: The automatic spring requires a minimum payload (~20% SWL) to compress fully and self-level. Always verify fork tines remain horizontal or tilted slightly back under load.
  • Full-Tine Engagement & Centering: Forks must be fully inserted into the pallet up to the backrest. Center the load evenly between the tines and never exceed the 2,000kg SWL limit.
  • Tine Width Locking Pins: Ensure tine positioning locking pins are fully engaged and secured in one of the three detents (315/595/875mm) before lifting.
  • Overhead Exclusion Perimeter: Cargo sits open on forks; strictly maintain a clear exclusion zone beneath the travel path of the suspended load at all times.
