LANDYINDUS F-TJS2.5 Telescopic Forklift Tilt Short Jib Boom | 2.5T SWL | 2m Max Reach | 5 Hook Positions | Zinc Plated

The LANDYINDUS F-TJS2.5 Telescopic Forklift Tilt Short Jib Boom is a compact, highly adaptable crane jib attachment designed to provide additional lifting height and precise load positioning in environments where a full-length jib is unnecessary or impractical. Rated at a 2.5-tonne safe working load (SWL), this attachment compensates for the combined length of hooks and slings during lifting operations, ensuring accurate, controlled load placement without the overhead clearance limitations that affect longer boom attachments.

Telescopic Extension — Up to 2 Metres of Reach

Retracting to a highly compact 1.35 metres for easy storage and tight manoeuvring, the inner extension beam slides out to deliver a maximum reach of 2.0 metres. This provides the perfect balance of reach and agility, making it the ideal attachment for indoor warehouses, manufacturing floors, and loading docks where swing radius and aisle widths are severely restricted.

Tilt Adjustable — 3 Angles + Level Setting

The F-TJS2.5 delivers exceptional positioning flexibility for a short-reach attachment. The boom can be set at 3 angled upward positions as well as a level (horizontal) setting. Operators can dial in the exact boom angle to match the specific geometry of each lift:

  • Clearing low obstacles or machinery
  • Reaching into confined bays
  • Placing a load at a precise elevated height

5 Selectable Hook Positions — Precise Load Balancing

Along with its tilt capability, the jib offers 5 different hook positions distributed along the inner and outer beams. This allows operators to fine-tune the lift point according to the load's centre of gravity — ensuring the load remains perfectly level and the forklift maintains maximum stability during complex lifts.

Premium Zinc Plated Finish & Slip-On Design

Finished with a durable zinc plated coating, the short tilt jib is built to resist corrosion and surface wear in both indoor and outdoor operational environments. It provides reliable long-term protection against moisture, chemical exposure, and general abrasion, keeping the sliding telescopic beam operating smoothly.

Weighing just 130kg, it is extremely space-efficient. The tool-free slip-on design slides directly over standard forks (165×65mm pockets at 310mm centres) and secures firmly with a heavy-duty safety chain, minimising equipment changeover time on busy sites.

⚠️ Critical Safety & Lifting Notes:
1. Leverage & Load De-rating: Even with a shorter 2-metre reach, extending the jib and tilting it upwards significantly shifts the load centre. The 2.5T SWL rating applies ONLY when the jib is fully retracted and the hook is at the innermost position. You MUST consult the load chart on the attachment and cross-reference it with your forklift's de-rated capacity chart before lifting.
2. Safety Chain Requirement: The safety chain must be wrapped around the forklift carriage and secured tightly before lifting. Operating a slip-on jib without the safety chain engaged is strictly prohibited.
3. Pocket Size Verification: Verify your forklift tines will fit within the 165×65mm pockets and can be adjusted to 310mm centres.
