LANDYINDUS Turntable Pallet Positioner 1500kg Mobile Ergonomic Pallet Lift Table No Power WS-EAPL1.5

SKU: WS-EAPL1.5

Product Overview

Eliminate painful repetitive bending, back strain, and worker fatigue during pallet loading and unloading. The LANDYINDUS WS-EAPL1.5 Turntable Pallet Positioner provides 1,500kg (3,307 lbs) SWL self-leveling spring height adjustment with zero external power required.

The LANDYINDUS WS-EAPL1.5 is a heavy-duty ergonomic turntable pallet positioner (spring-assisted pallet lift table) engineered to dramatically boost productivity and prevent musculoskeletal injuries during manual palletizing and depalletizing. Featuring an automatic spring-actuated scissor mechanism that adjusts between 230mm and 700mm, it constantly maintains the top layer of goods at an optimal, waist-height ergonomic working zone as items are added or removed.

Core Selling Points

  • 100% Zero-Power Mechanical Operation: Operates entirely via calibrated heavy-duty springs — requiring no electricity, hydraulic pumps, or compressed air for zero-maintenance floor mobility.
  • Effortless 360° Rotating Turntable: Low-friction 1,200mm (47.2") diameter turntable spins smoothly by hand, allowing operators to load every carton without walking around the pallet.
  • Automatic Ergonomic Self-Leveling: Heavy scissor linkage automatically descends as cartons are stacked and rises as they are unpacked, keeping products consistently at waist level (230–700mm).
  • Integrated Forklift Mobility Channels: Built-in fork pockets (260×85mm at 870mm centres) allow forklifts to quickly reposition the 243kg unit to any packing line or dispatch bay.

⚠️ Safety & Compatibility Warnings

  • Scissor & Spring Pinch Hazard: Keep hands, feet, and loose clothing completely clear of the scissor linkages and internal spring cavity during active loading and self-leveling.
  • Centred Pallet Placement: Position standard pallets squarely in the center of the 1,200mm turntable ring. Severely off-center loads cause rotational instability and uneven spring fatigue.
  • Relocate Only When Empty: Reposition the unit via forklift pockets (260×85mm, 870mm centres) strictly when the turntable is completely empty and unloaded.
  • Level Surface Setup: Ensure the unit rests on a flat, solid concrete floor with levelling feet adjusted to eliminate wobbling under heavy 1.5-tonne payloads.
